How do I place an order?

You can only place an order through our website.

Just choose the item(s) you want, add it to your basket and then head to the checkout.

You can pay using most types of credit or debit card, or alternatively, you can spread the payments using Klarna.

 

What are my delivery options?

When you place an order you get a choice of delivery dates.

It is important that you choose a date that is definitely going to work for you.

Please make sure you are definitely available that day.

 

What happens on delivery day?

The day before delivery you will get a text message with a time window of when to expect your delivery.

On the day of delivery, our delivery driver will call when they are on their way to you.

When they arrive, our team will bring your furniture into your home, take it out of the package and set it up where you want it.

Please make sure there the room is clear before the delivery drivers arrive.

They will take away all the rubbish and you can enjoy your new sofa.

 

Refund query

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR OUR PRODUCTS.

ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED OR REFUNDED.

Please bear in mind that all of our products are bespoke goods which means that you can not cancel or get a refund for your order.

Cancellation rights that you might be familiar with for products like clothes do not apply to our products because they are bespoke goods.

Before you place any order:

  • Make absolute sure that you are happy with your order.
  • Make sure you can can afford it.
  • Make sure that it fits through the doors into the room you want it in.
  • Make sure it fits into the room you want it in.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

YOU CAN NOT CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED.

Our products are bespoke goods made to your specifications which means the usual cancellation rights don't apply.

Please make absolutely sure that you are 100% happy with your order before you place it.

Please make sure each item fits through the doors into the room you want it to go in.

Please make sure each item fits in the room it is going in.

 


Delivery

Will it fit?

Unfortunately we can't tell you this as we've never been to your house!

You will need to measure this and decide. We would love to tell you but we can't on this one.

We provide the measurements for each of our products on each product page.

To make sure it will fit in, please measure door frames in your home to make sure our items can pass through, into the room you want it.

You will also need to measure the space in the room you want the furniture to you in.

Please bear in mind that you can not cancel your order.

You need to make absolute sure it will get through your house, into the room you want it and also make sure that there is enough space in the room itself.

 

What are the delivery options?

When you place your order you can choose a delivery date.

Delivery typically takes 8 weeks, but please bear with us if it takes a little longer.

We deliver Monday to Friday, so please make sure someone is available to let our delivery drivers in on the day of delivery.

It doesn't have to be yourself who takes delivery, a friend or relative is fine as long as they can let the delivery team into your house and instruct the team on where to place the sofa.

If you are getting a friend or family to let our team in, please tell them where you want your sofa to go and make sure the room has space for the sofa to fit into.

 

How long does it take to arrive?

Delivery typically takes 8 weeks, but please bear with us if it takes a little longer.

We wish we could deliver it quicker, but this is genuinely how long it takes.

 

How much is delivery?

We have a flat fee of £99, no matter how many items you order.

Order 1 chair, its £99.

Order 3 sofas, a footstool and 2 armchairs... it's still £99.

 

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, but please let us know well in advance of delivery.

If you let us know too close to your delivery date, it may affect how quickly we can get it to you.

 

Do I have to sign for delivery?

It can be signed for by you, or if you're not free a friend or family member can sign for it as long as they are over 18.

If you are getting a friend or family member to accept delivery for you, please tell them where you would like the sofa to go, so they can pass this onto our delivery team.

 

Will the delivery team put it into my house?

Yes.

They will bring it into the room of your choice, take it out of its wrapping and place it where you want it.

You wont have to lift a finger.

 

When do we delivery?

We delivery 50 weeks of the year apart from Christmas/new year period.

If you want your order for Christmas, we recommend placing your order BEFORE the 1st of October.

Anything after the 1st of October will probably be delivered after Christmas.

 


Returns

We can only take returns if your furniture is defective.

Refund query

Product Care

How do I look after my sofa?

We recommend that you plump your pillows daily.

This ensures that they stay fluffy and supportive.

Take the seat and back cushions off your sofa each day and give them a few good whacks on each side.

Just like you would plump your pillow on your bed.

 


Fabric Samples

Can I get a fabric sample?

Absolutely.

Find a product you like and on that product page tap the button which says "Order Fabric Sample".

Fill in the form and we will send the fabric sample over to you.
